Words can’t express how grateful we were for Bogart’s Repair & Recovery Inc. after a total nightmare experience trying to get roadside help through AAA. We were stranded in a remote area on Highway 169 after getting a flat tire just as night had fallen. It was a scary strip in the North Woods for two women alone. AAA cancelled our service request after we waited an hour because they couldn't find a company to help us, they said. AS if out of a horrow moive, we heard someone whistling a tune in the pitch-black (when there were no cabins nearby,) just as our 94-year old uncle arrived to take us to our cabin and wait for AAA service the following morning. After misleading "appointment" windows and cancellations from AAA, Bogart’s stepped up when no one else would, driving roughly 130 miles to reach us!!! Jacob was exceptionally attentive, keeping in clear communication and making sure we were completely taken care of every step of the way. After the stress and uncertainty of sitting stranded for hours, having Jacob extend that level of dedication, urgency, and genuine care gave us complete peace of mind. Jacob was incredibly attentive, communicative, and professional from start to finish. The woman who answered the phone at Bogarts when I called to confirm they were actually coming, was also kind and helpful. Knowing someone was actually on their way gave us peace of mind. They went above and beyond, and we cannot thank Jacob and the team enough for coming through for us. Highly recommended!

Had a blowout on my camper tire on the way home from camping at Big Bog. They had my new tire on and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Very great customer service! I highly recommend.

We were in an emergency situation and needed a complete brake job. Bogarts got us in immediately and handled everything professionally. We were on our way by the end of the day; very satisfied with the exceptional service.

If I could give them 6+ stars I would! We were in the Park Rapids area and somehow punctured a tire. I have roadside assistance with my insurance and the insurance company handled the entire set up for their help to change out the tire. Was originally quoted 115 minutes, the driver called me to let me know he was only 18 minutes out and would be there soon. It was at least 95 degrees outside. He was fast, professional, and I can’t thank him enough for getting us back on the road.

I brought my truck in for a busted brake line and received a quote which was breathtaking but they informed me that if they could do it cheaper they would. The next day they called and had it fixed for less than half of what was quoted. Most companies would have stayed with original quote just because the customer already expected to pay the price. I’m extremely impressed with the honesty and straightforward service that I received from this company. I would leave more than five stars if I could. Thanks Bogarts!

Bogart’s Repair and Recovery provided outstanding service when my 2025 Ram had to be towed after it wouldn’t start. The driver was extremely pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. He arrived promptly, handled my truck with great care, and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. Being away from home and dealing with a vehicle issue can be stressful, but his friendly attitude and expertise made the experience much easier. It’s clear that Bogart’s Repair and Recovery takes pride in providing excellent customer service. On May 19th, 2026, after experiencing an unexpected collision with a deer near Fort Francis Ontario, we enlisted Bogarts to tow our disabled pick up truck back to Des Moines, Iowa. Not only was he prompt and expedient, but our driver, Corey, was professional, well experienced, genuinely concerned, courteous, accommodating, and entertaining! Through the grueling 450 mile tow, he made sure we were safe, comfortable and at ease through this journey. We applaud his dedication to his job and feel blessed we received such an exemplary employee of yours.

I left a negative review after my daughter-in-law was left waiting HOURS because plowing or something took precedence over an appointment for service. Apparently I have been banned for life for complaining. I apologize for posting my dissapointment.

Amazing! AAA sent Jacob out and jumped my car, I accidentally shut it off and he came back!! Then I had another problem and he was so helpful in finding me a shop to get in quickly!

Local shuttle? My disabled son, with severe chronic lung issues walked blocks to take a break from a 2 hour job that took 5 hours. No "shuttle" was offerred.

I am from South Dakota and broke down at jrs at Red lake. They were on site for the tow in a little over an hour. This was a friday morning. Got me in right away and it was fixed Saturday Morning. These guys offered excellent and friendly service with a more than fair price! I would recommend these folks any day! I appreciate the great service!

The young man who came and towed my car home tonight was fantastic! He called me right away with an eta and was so kind! He got my car safely to my house and made a really lousy situation a little bit better!

On Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, my car suffered a small electrical fire in Blackduck. Bogarts towing sent Cory who was amazingly kind, quick & reassuring. I was over 300 miles from home with no alternative means to get home. When other Repair shops refused to take time to even assess my vehicle, Bogarts agreed to look at it, they found the issue, ran a couple tests, and got me back on the road same day. It’s hard to find exceptional customer service like this these days!

A++++++ service, we had tire issue on boat trailer tire & no tools along to change it. Stopped by without appointment, they were helpful, friendly, professional & had it switched with spare in minutes. Took the time to properly torque lugs & aired up the tire & spare to proper pressure. Highly recommend their work

This guy Tyler is simply amazing. Truly professional on the phone. Even figured out this issue with my machine no one else could. My chevy pick up had an issue he figured out in five minutes. I spent thousands trying to get it fixed. Truly a master mechanic!

They helped us out in a time of need! It took a little bit for a complete diagnosis but they didn't charge us for towing for the slight delay. Stand up people.

This guy was absolutely incredible. My truck wouldn’t start because it was so cold. Not only did he get out here with a jumper pack, but he was able to manipulate the throttle from the engine to get it started. Knowledgeable and reliable. I’d give him 10 stars if I could

I've used Bogarts twice in the last two weeks and ... WOW! The level of service, care, and HONESTY far surpasses other similar businesses I have used. And their prices are extremely fair. I had Joe come out twice to give both me and my mom a hand and he was so very kind and honest. He could have very easily racket up charges on the spot and he didn't. He was very careful with my mom's vehicle ( an old beater Honda). Folks are always saying young guys no longer have work ethic ... Not Joe. He was really a model employee of Bogarts and is the reason I will definitely use them for future services rather than going into Bemidji. Thanks Guys! Stay safe and keep up the great work!

Bogart’s tow truck driver Dillon provided a complete competent level of service above and beyond expectations and he was engaging and very efficient in delivering me and my automobile back home.
